Our roots are strongly in the Forms Management systems that have been used by large corporate entities for decades. Forms Management includes:

• Analyzing forms. It is essential to make sure that each form is necessary, easy to use, and won't overlap other forms usage. Also they are checked against other forms used by the company to make sure that they follow a common format as a group.
• Assessing projected usage. With an accurate usage printing quantities can be calculated along with a projected reorder period. This will allow the item to be combined with other orders of similar specifications for greater cost savings.
• Determining distribution and storage requirements. Many times a central warehouse location with direct shipments are advantageous. However, there are times that a customer is best served with on-site storage and in-house distribution.
• Determining procurement requirements. Will the remote offices send a request for replenishment or would an on-line eProcurement system like Inte/c be of value.
