David Northway - Team Leader

David Northway brings 25 years of experience in printing and graphics to IDS®, Inc’s Houston Office. His expertise in Color Printing, Foil, Embossing and Graphic Software packages provide clients with project options that many times result in significant market opportunities or savings. Additionally, as the former Vice President of Promotional Products for a large national distributor, he oversaw the industry’s largest private promotional sales effort. David is very willing to share his expertise with you, give him a call!

Beverly Makow - Customer Service Representative

Beverly Makow brings five years of experience in the printing and promotional products industry to IDS®, Inc. Her contacts within the promo industry and knowledge of their products will assist IDS®, Inc. in better serving our growing client base. The printing business is in her blood. Beverly’s husband, Kenneth has been in the printing industry for the past 25 years, and is now working for Eastman Kodak. They have been married for 35 years and have two sons and four grandchildren.

Sandra Davis - Sales Representative

Sandra Davis, attended Wharton Jr College and then went on to the University of Houston. She has now been in the printing industry for 20 years, and truly enjoys what she does. Sandra has been married to her husband Jeff for 16 years. Together they have two children, Mitch 13 and Troy 9.

Melba Von Eye, graduated from San Diego State University in 1982 and has been involved in marketing for several large organizations since then.  She has been serving the vertical markets she continues to support for nine years.

Tim McConnell - Sales Representative

Tim McConnell - has worked in the printing industry since 1984, first as a CSR/Sales Rep for Western Business Systems and most recently for Global Docugraphix. Tim is a native Houstonian. He and wife Kathy have been married for 24 years. They have two daughters, Courtney (22) and Erin (16).

Charles Bodiford - Customer Service Representative

Charlie Bodiford, a native of Houston, has been on the distributor side of the printing industry for 19 years. His experience in the industry has progressed from warehousing & distribution to recently holding the position of corporate officer for a small distributor in Houston. He has 5 years of experience using TopForm software (our database system) with an emphasis on forms management. His reputation for doing whatever it takes has earned him "Employee of the Year" from previous employers. We believe that kind of can do attitude will take him far here at IDS.

Jeri Rippon - Customer Service Representative

Jeri Rippon, has worked in the printing industry since 1980. Although she has tried a couple of other fields since that time, she always seems to come back to printing because this is what she enjoys. She’s been married for 27 years and has one 16 year old daughter. Jeri has an identical twin who lives in Centerville, Texas. Jeri and her husband enjoy riding motorcycles and recently took a trip up north to South Dakota. She doesn’t have much time for herself, but enjoys doing craft projects, exercising and shopping..

Jennifer Cheramie - Sales Representative

Jennifer Cheramie worked in the printing industry for almost two years before joining the IDS team. Prior to printing she was in the custom architectural sign industry for six years performing various duties including estimating, sales and marketing. She will be getting married in Feb. of 2007 to her beloved fiancé, Michael, who has been working for a custom architectural graphics company for 10 years as their Senior Estimator.
