IDS^® Announces the addition of two new Sales Representatives

Dallas, TX - August 1, 2005 - Integrated Document Solutions® Inc announced today the addition of two new Sales.Representatives.

Miles D. Freeman, a recent Marketing Graduate of Texas Christian University brings an admirable level of experience in Project Management as well as experience in Fulfillment and Packaging. Being computer savvy and a leader in school and civic organization will certainly work well with the increasingly technical nature of solutions available and asked for by IDS^®  Inc clients and vendors.

Wes Smith, a recent Graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Business, enjoys an understanding of our industry which is, well, almost bred in. Wes Smith is the son of IDS^® Inc President Walt E. Smith, CDC. .His prior experience with the company is sure to be a benefit to both the company and its clientele.

New addition to IDS^® Dallas Family

DALLAS, TX - April 17, 2005 

On April 17, 2005, Walt and I were blessed with our first grandchild, Savannah Renee Brown. Savannah was born to our daughter Kayce and her husband Kale.  Kayce is also an employee of IDS.  She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long.  She has a head full of dark hair and is the most precious baby girl.  We thank God for her everyday.  She has truly brought so much happiness to our family.

IDS^® Purchases TopForm Software

Distributorship IDS^® Inc., Integrated Document Solutions Inc.^®, has purchased the premier software solution for the Business Print Industry, called TopForm. The program provides the utmost in production tools to the most successful print distributors in the United States and abroad.

"The TopForm software solution will allow IDS^® and it's multiple locations to communicate electronically and is the answer for today's need for real-time information. It is also a gateway for customers to be able to check their inventories, usages, release product from the warehouse, as well as place orders electronically. This step moves IDS^® closer in the development and goal of being a true "Partner" for our clients."

The system conversion will take place "officially" on September 9, 2002. IDS^® plans to be fully integrated by the end of November 2002 with our first client up and operational no later than January 1, 2003.

IDS^® Acquires Epoch Solutions

PRINT SOLUTIONS - NOVEMBER 2001

IDS^® - Integrated Document Solutions Inc.^®, a distributorship in Carrollton, Texas, acquired the assets of Dallas based Arjay Printing (dba Epoch Solutions Inc.).

Randy Johnston, president of Arjay Printing, joined IDS^®, as did Epoch Solutions' other employees. "We're excited with the addition of Randy and the other employees of Epoch Solutions and the expanded coverage and opportunities this will afford us in the Dallas-Fort Worth area," said Walt Smith, CDC, president of IDS^®.

Epoch is a $1.4 million firm that specializes in warehousing and distribution. IDS^®, founded in 1996, provides business communications printing and document management services. Last year, its sales were approximately $2.8 million.
